AMRAP Gymnastics Barbell

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Pistols (alternating legs)

Barbell: Use #95 for men and #65 for women


Instructions: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of the prescribed gymnastics movements. Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
