Chipper Gymnastics Stationary BikeChipper:
- 50 Toes-to-Bar
- 40 Handstand Push-ups
- 30 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
- 20 Ring Muscle-ups
- 10 Bar Muscle-ups
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
Instructions: Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Scale movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity. Rest as needed between sets to avoid burnout.
