  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Handstand Push-Ups
  • 20 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
  • 10 Muscle-Ups

Equipment: Barbell for optional weightlifting movements


Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Notes: Scale the gymnastic movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. For the optional barbell movements, choose a weight that allows for unbroken sets or quick singles.
