AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Wall Balls

- Medicine Ball


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 handstand push-ups, 15 toes-to-bar, and 20 wall balls. Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity and proper form throughout the workout. Keep track of your rounds and reps completed.
