For Time:


  • 50 Handstand Push-ups
  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20 in)
  • 20 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
  • 10 Ring Muscle-ups

Dumbbell: Use a single dumbbell for the Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups and Ring Muscle-ups (50/35 lb)


Time Cap: 20 Minutes
