- 20 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
- 10 Ring Muscle-ups
Dumbbell: Use a single dumbbell for the Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups and Ring Muscle-ups (50/35 lb)
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
