For Time Gymnastics Kettlebell

For Time:
- 50 Handstand Push-ups
- 40 Toes-to-Bar
- 30 Pistol Squats (each leg)
- 20 Pull-ups
- 10 Rope Climbs


Equipment:
- Kettlebell (optional for weighted pistol squats)


Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Note: Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and form throughout the workout.
