  • Handstand Push-ups
  • Toes-to-Bar

Equipment:


  • 1 Kettlebell

Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds, before moving on to the next movement. Rest 1 minute between each movement. Score is total reps completed for each movement.
