Chipper Gymnastics Bench

Chipper: For Time:


  • 50 Pull-ups
  • 40 Handstand Push-ups
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Pistols (alternating legs)
  • 10 Muscle-ups

Equipment:
- Bench for Pistols
- Pull-up bar for Pull-ups and Muscle-ups


Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and form throughout the workout.
