AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Alternating Pistols

Equipment: Rope


Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of 10 handstand push-ups, 15 toes-to-bar, and 20 alternating pistols. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and form throughout the workout. Keep track of rounds and reps completed.
