Tabata Gymnastics Peg Board

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement
- 1 minute rest between movements


Movements:
1. Peg Board Climbs
2. Handstand Push-ups
3. Toes-to-Bar
4. Burpee Pull-ups


Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Complete 8 rounds of each movement before moving on to the next. Rest for 1 minute between movements. Score is total reps completed across all movements.


Notes:
Adjust movements and scaling options as needed to ensure proper form and intensity throughout the workout. Focus on maintaining a consistent pace and pushing yourself during each work interval.
