AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Box Jumps

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of 10 handstand push-ups, 15 toes-to-bar, and 20 box jumps. Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Keep track of rounds and reps completed for scoring purposes.
