EMOM Gymnastics GHD Machine

EMOM for 15 minutes:
- 5 GHD Sit-ups
- 5 Handstand Push-ups
- 5 Toes-to-Bar


Instructions:
Perform the prescribed number of reps for each movement at the start of every minute for 15 minutes. Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity and proper form.
