AMRAP Gymnastics SkiErgAMRAP in 20 minutes:
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)
- 250m SkiErg
Notes:
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or dumbbell shoulder presses if needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises or v-ups if necessary.
- Choose a box height that allows you to move quickly and safely.
- Push the pace on the SkiErg but maintain good form throughout the workout.
