AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lbs)

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and proper form. Keep a steady pace throughout the workout and push yourself to keep moving.
