AMRAP Gymnastics Peg Board

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 5 Muscle-ups
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar

Equipment:
- Peg Board


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of 5 muscle-ups, 10 handstand push-ups, and 15 toes-to-bar. Make sure to maintain proper form throughout each movement to prevent injury. Scale the movements as needed to ensure safety and efficiency. Good luck!
