Chipper Gymnastics Resistance Band

For Time:


  • 50 Pull-ups
  • 40 Handstand Push-ups
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Burpee Muscle-ups
  • 10 Pistol Squats (each leg)

Equipment:
- Resistance Band for assisted pull-ups
- Mats for handstand push-ups


Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions:
This workout is a chipper style, meaning you must complete all reps of one exercise before moving on to the next. Scale the movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity throughout the workout. Push yourself to complete each movement with as few breaks as possible.
