AMRAP Gymnastics Dumbbell

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lbs)

Notes:
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or dumbbell shoulder presses if needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises or sit-ups if necessary.
- Choose a dumbbell weight that allows for continuous movement throughout the workout.
