AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)
  • 25 Double-unders

Equipment: Rope


Instructions: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and proper form. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to keep moving throughout the workout.
