EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Minute 1: 10 Toes-to-Bar
  • Minute 2: 15 Handstand Push-ups
  • Minute 3: 20 GHD Sit-ups
  • Minute 4: 30 Double-unders

- GHD machine

This EMOM workout will test your gymnastics skills and endurance. Scale the reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the 20-minute timeframe.
