  • 10 Strict Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 GHD Sit-ups
  • 20 Pull-ups

- Scale handstand push-ups to kipping or pike push-ups as needed.
- Scale pull-ups to jumping pull-ups or ring rows if needed.
