Chipper Gymnastics Dumbbell

For Time:
- 50 Handstand Push-ups
- 40 Toes-to-Bar
- 30 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
- 20 Ring Muscle-ups
- 10 Pistol Squats (each leg)


Equipment:
- Dumbbell for Pistol Squats


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
