Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of 10 handstand push-ups, 15 toes-to-bar, and 20 wall balls. Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or push presses if needed. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to keep moving throughout the entire workout.
