  • 50 Pull-ups
  • 50 Handstand Push-ups
  • 50 Toes-to-Bar
  • 50 Burpee Box Jumps

Equipment:
- Resistance Band for assistance on pull-ups


Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Notes: Break up the reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Focus on technique and efficiency to minimize rest time.
