AMRAP Gymnastics Resistance Band

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Box Jumps (24/20")
  • 25 Double Unders

Equipment:
- Resistance Band


Notes:
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or seated dumbbell press if needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to knee raises or hanging knee raises if necessary.
- Scale box jumps to step-ups if box jumps are not possible.
- Modify double unders to single unders as needed.
