- 50 Pull-ups
- 40 Handstand Push-ups
- 30 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Ring Muscle-ups
- 10 Pistol Squats (each leg)
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
Instructions: Complete each exercise before moving on to the next. Scaling options can be provided for each movement to ensure all members can participate.
