AMRAP Gymnastics Medicine Ball

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Alternating Pistols (10 each leg)
- 25 Double Unders


Equipment:
- Medicine Ball for Pistols


Notes:
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or dumbbell shoulder press if needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises or V-ups if necessary.
- Scale pistols to assisted pistols or air squats.
