For Time:
- 50 Handstand Push-ups
- 40 Toes-to-Bar
- 30 Burpee Box Jumps
- 20 Ring Muscle-ups
- 10 Handstand Walks (10 feet increments)


Equipment:
- Dumbbell for optional added weight on Toes-to-Bar


Time Cap: 20 Minutes
