EMOM Gymnastics GHD Machine

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 10 GHD Sit-ups
- Even minutes: 5 Strict Handstand Push-ups


Instructions: Perform 10 GHD Sit-ups at the start of each odd minute, then rest for the remainder of the minute. On the even minutes, complete 5 Strict Handstand Push-ups, then rest for the remainder of the minute. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes.


Notes: Scale the number of reps as needed to maintain proper form and intensity throughout the workout. Make sure to warm up properly before starting this EMOM.
