Tabata Gymnastics Wall Ball

Tabata Workout:


  • Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lb)
  • Toes-to-Bar

Tabata Structure: 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement.


Instructions:
Perform as many Wall Ball Shots as possible in 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds, then switch to Toes-to-Bar for the next 20 seconds, and continue alternating between the two movements for a total of 8 rounds each. Score is the total number of reps completed for both movements combined.


Notes:
Focus on maintaining consistent effort and technique throughout each round. Adjust the weight of the Wall Ball as needed to maintain proper form. Scale Toes-to-Bar to Hanging Knee Raises if needed.
