- 40 Toes-to-Bar
- 30 Burpee Box Jump Overs
- 20 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
- 10 Pistol Squats (each leg)
Equipment:
- Slam Ball (choose a challenging weight)
- Box for Box Jumps
