- Odd Minutes: 10 Toes-to-Bar
- Even Minutes: 15 Kettlebell Swings (24/16kg)
Instructions:
Perform 10 Toes-to-Bar at the start of each odd minute and 15 Kettlebell Swings at the start of each even minute for a total of 20 minutes. Focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout and try to complete each set unbroken. Adjust the weight of the kettlebell as needed to challenge yourself.
