Chipper For Time:
- 50 Toes-to-Bar
- 40 Handstand Push-ups
- 30 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
- 20 Ring Dips
- 10 Muscle-ups


Equipment: Pull-up bar, rings


Time Cap: 20 Minutes
