EMOM Gymnastics Rig

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- Minute 1: 10 Toes-to-Bar
- Minute 2: 15 Handstand Push-ups
- Minute 3: 20 Alternating Pistols
- Minute 4: Rest


Equipment: Rig, AbMat


Instructions:
Perform the designated reps of each gymnastic movement within the minute, then rest for the remainder of the minute before moving on to the next movement. Scale the reps or movements as needed to maintain good form and intensity throughout the workout.
