EMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd Minutes: 5 Strict Handstand Push-ups
- Even Minutes: 10 Toes-to-Bar


Equipment: Box for Handstand Push-ups


Instructions: Perform 5 strict handstand push-ups at the start of each odd minute, then complete 10 toes-to-bar at the start of each even minute. Rest for the remainder of the minute if you finish the reps before the next minute starts. This workout focuses on upper body strength and core stability. Keep a steady pace to complete all reps within the minute.
