Chipper Gymnastics Rope

For Time:


  • 50 Toes-to-Bar
  • 40 Handstand Push-ups
  • 30 Pull-ups
  • 20 Pistols (alternating legs)
  • 10 Muscle-ups

Equipment:
- Rope for jump rope


Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and proper form. Make sure to warm up shoulders and wrists before starting.
