- 30 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
- 20 Burpee Box Jumps
- 10 Muscle-ups

- Slam Ball
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
Instructions: This workout is designed to challenge your gymnastics skills and endurance. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Push yourself to complete each set unbroken if possible, but break up reps strategically to avoid burning out early. Good luck!
