Tabata Gymnastics Peg Board

Tabata Workout:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Peg Board Ascents
    • 10 seconds of Rest

Instructions:
Perform as many Peg Board Ascents as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.
