  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Toes-to-Bar
    • 10 seconds of rest

Instructions:
Perform as many Toes-to-Bar as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Focus on maintaining good form throughout each round and push yourself to keep moving during the work intervals. Adjust the movement as needed to ensure proper technique and intensity.
