AMRAP Gymnastics Slam Ball

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Alternating Pistols
- 25 Double-unders


Equipment:
- Slam Ball


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 handstand push-ups, 15 toes-to-bar, 20 alternating pistols, and 25 double-unders. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
