  • 10 Strict Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Alternating Pistols

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of 10 strict handstand push-ups, 15 toes-to-bar, and 20 alternating pistols. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Focus on maintaining proper form and technique during each gymnastics movement.
