AMRAP Gymnastics Resistance BandAMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Pull-ups
- 15 Handstand Push-ups
- 20 Pistols
Equipment: Resistance Band for assist on pull-ups
Instructions: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes, moving through the pull-ups, handstand push-ups, and pistols with proper form and technique. Use a resistance band for assistance on the pull-ups if needed. Rest as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
