EMOM Gymnastics DumbbellEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Even minutes: 10 Dumbbell Thrusters
- Odd minutes: 10 Toes-to-Bar
Dumbbell Weight: 50/35 lbs
Instructions: Complete 10 Dumbbell Thrusters at the start of each even minute, then perform 10 Toes-to-Bar at the start of each odd minute. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust the weight of the dumbbell as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout.
Note: Focus on pacing yourself to maintain consistent effort throughout the 20 minutes. Scale the reps or movement variations as needed to maintain intensity.
