AMRAP Gymnastics Slam Ball

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Burpees
  • 25 Double Unders

Equipment: Slam Ball


Instructions: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. For the handstand push-ups, ensure full range of motion with head touching the ground at the bottom and arms fully extended at the top. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
