  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-bar
  • 20 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)
  • 250m Row

Notes:
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or push-ups if needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to knee raises or hanging knee raises if necessary.
- Choose a box height that allows for a challenging but safe jump.
- Push the pace on the rower to maximize rounds completed.
