  • 15 SkiErg Calories
  • 20 Handstand Push-ups

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 pull-ups, 15 SkiErg calories, and 20 handstand push-ups. Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to complete as many rounds and reps as possible within the time cap.
