Tabata Gymnastics Slam BallTabata:
- 8 rounds of:
- 20 seconds of Handstand Push-ups
- 10 seconds of rest
Equipment:
- Slam Ball
Instructions:
Perform as many handstand push-ups as possible in the 20-second work intervals, resting for 10 seconds in between each round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Adjust the difficulty by scaling the movement or adding an abmat under the head for support.
