AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Kettlebell Swings (24/16kg)

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Make sure to scale the movements if needed to maintain proper form and intensity throughout the workout. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to keep moving for the full duration.
