  • 15 Handstand Push-ups
  • 20 Toes-to-Bar

Notes: Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or push-ups as needed. Scale toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises if necessary. Make sure to maintain proper form throughout the workout to prevent injury.
