- 50 Handstand Push-ups
- 40 Toes-to-Bar
- 30 Ring Muscle-ups
- 20 Pistols (each leg)
- 10 Handstand Walks (10 feet each)
Equipment:
- Kettlebell (optional for weighted pistols)
- Gymnastics Rings
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
