Chipper Gymnastics Kettlebell

For Time:


  • 50 Handstand Push-ups
  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 20 Pistols (each leg)
  • 10 Handstand Walks (10 feet each)

Equipment:
- Kettlebell (optional for weighted pistols)
- Gymnastics Rings


Time Cap: 20 Minutes
