  • 50 Double Unders
  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Handstand Push-ups
  • 20 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
  • 10 Ring Muscle-ups

- Rope
- Rings


Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions:
Complete the reps of each movement in order before moving on to the next. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
